Title: Cottage Cheese-Vegetables Dunk

8oz(2) cartons low-fat cottage cheese
1cLow-fat American Cheese; process shredded
3tbLow-fat yogurt; unsweetened plain
2tbPrepared horseradish;
1/2tsPepper;
1/4tsSalt;
2tbOnion; minced

Combine cottage cheese, amreican cheese, yogurt, horseradish, pepper and salt, in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently, fold in green pepper and onion. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. NOTE: Serve Cottage-Cheese Dunk with raw vegetables. Serving size: 2 TB. (Check Exchange Lists for values on raw vegetables.)
